We cover a wide range of makes and models: Volvo, DAF, MAN, Mercedes, Scania, Iveco, Renault and more. The diagnostic equipment gets connected, the live data gets read, and the actual fault gets identified before anything is touched. You won't be billed for exploratory work that leads nowhere.

Electrical Installations

Battery & Charging
A flat battery on a working vehicle is one of those problems that always seems to happen at the worst possible time. We carry out proper load testing, not just a voltage check, so you know whether the battery is on its way out or whether the alternator is the real culprit. We also supply and fit replacements.

Key Programming
Replacement or additional keys for HGVs need programming to the vehicle's immobiliser before they'll work. We handle that on-site, for all the major makes and models. One thing worth checking before you call: the battery in the key fob itself. It sounds too simple, but it accounts for more call-outs than you'd expect.

Cracked chassis members, broken welds, damaged body panels, trailer side repairs: these are the kind of jobs that need doing correctly, not quickly. We carry out structural and fabrication work to the standard needed to keep the vehicle road-legal and passing its next inspection without issue.

Tail Lifts & Moving Decks
Tail lifts and moving decks work hard and eventually something gives: electrical fault, burnt-out motor, worn pin, seized pulley. When that happens, you need it sorted quickly. We also carry out LOLER thorough examinations and preventative maintenance to help avoid the problem in the first place.
